RUSSIAN TECHNIQUE
A unique hybrid of American and Russian technique
Influenced by Olympic Figure Skating Coach Professor Alexei Mishin’s Russian training system, Ann’s team has developed a unique hybrid of American and Russian technique. In this model, skaters are taught the separate components of jump technique through simple and effective exercises.

Ann Eidson is an ISU Junior World & Senior Grand Prix Coach and is the Director of Skating at the St. Paul Figure Skating Club.

Benjamin “Ben” Miller Reisman is a National and International coach and choreographer.
Ann Eidson

Ann Eidson is an ISU Junior World & Senior Grand Prix Coach and is the Director of Skating at the St. Paul Figure Skating Club. Ann has coached 65 skaters in 27 USFS National Championships and she has been an International coach since 1989. Ann has been a participant in US Figure Skating Olympic Training Camps and is a USOC Dartfish Certified Video Analysis Technician. Ann currently serves on the Board of Minnesota Skating Scholarship and has served as a member of USFS Competitions Committee, the USFS Judges Committee, and served as a USFS Sectional IJS Technical Specialist. Ann holds a PSA Master rating Level V in Figure & Freestyle and has been a Speaker and Presenter at the PSA National Convention and at many PSA Seminars. Ann is a USFS Double Gold Medalist and has coached students through 84 USFS Gold Tests. Ann was the 1982 Minnesota State Senior Ladies Champion and her students have included 77 Minnesota State Champions! Ann has had many Olympic coaching mentors over the years, including long time friend Audrey Weisiger and Professor Alexei Mishin, who worked closely with Ann and her skaters for ten years.
Ben Miller Reisman
INTERNATIONAL SKATING COACH ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF HIGH PERFORMANCE, ST. PAUL FSC
Benjamin “Ben” Miller Reisman is a National and International coach and choreographer. Ben began his coaching career at the St. Paul Figure Skating Club in 2006 after a successful competitive career during which he was a seven time US National Championships competitor and an international competitor for five seasons. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of US Figure Skating. Ben graduated with a B.A. in Business from University of St. Thomas in 2013.
